We made it to Thanksgiving Break. It was pretty tough, but we are here and it started off great!! We were told it was going to snow, and boy did it snow! Big beautiful flakes all day long. We spent the morning being lazy, well the kids were lazy. For some strange reason, I was baking. I don't bake often, but homemade bread sounded yummy. So I made some homemade brownies too. After we went and cashed in my change cup to get some lunch and go pick out the Christmas tree. Christmas trees make me so happy, and I love the lights. It makes the living room very cozy and smell so good. We set the tree up and went to the dollar theater to see Abominable. It was a very cute movie, we all liked it. That says a lot for us to all like the same movie. Then it was home to eat dinner and the homemade treats I baked earlier in the day. It was honestly a near perfect day. I loved being with my awesome kids and just having all day for us to hangout and do whatever came our way. Thanks guys, I love you!!

Visiting Milford
We went to Milford again this weekend. Milford was playing in the 2A State Championship, and Dave needed some help from the boys with taking a fence out. So we went for a visit. My boys would move down to Milford if they could. I'm surprised every time I get them to actually come home after a weekend down there.
Gator has had enough football for the season.
Davis was dying to go in and help Milford out, while Owen was calling plays from the stands. Maybe if Davis played and Owen coached, Milford would have had a little better of luck.

This and that
Owen and I went to Pocatello again for another game. He is dying to play, but for now I think the reason he goes is to get the "Growler".
Davis is loving having Joey back home. All the kids actually. Someone at work asked me how it was having Joey home and I actually said "great." I can't believe I admitted that, but he really has been really good.
When Owen and I went to Pocatello, Davis stayed home to hang out some friends, and Gator got invited to the Harlem Globetrotters game with Sydney. She didn't have a clue who they were, but was pleased with the boys being jealous of something she was doing. Friday, November 8, 2019
Last weekend
Last weekend Owen, Gator, and I went to ISU for the game. I know when Owen is there playing next year, Gator will be more interested, but last week, all she cared about were the tee dogs. Davis went to Sadies and I just got the pictures from that. Kennedy asked him and they had a really fun time. I love how my kids get involved in school and all the activities. I never did and I hated every day of high school. I don't have any good memories of high school. And Fremont finished up their season. We lost to Bingham in the 2nd round of playoffs. I hate that football season is done, the boys were kinda lost all week without practice. Owen loved his first experience with coaching. I'm so glad they asked him to coach. He'll keep working on getting his knee strong again, it is recovering really well. I think he will be more than ready to go play in the fall. Davis is debating trying out for basketball this year. He has until Monday to decide. He's decided yes, then no, then yes, then no again. I think as of this moment, he is a yes, but we'll see what Monday brings.
Soccer
We had fun going to a soccer game last night to support Lu. She is finishing up her Junior season. That is nuts. Next year she will be a senior. I've been watching her play soccer since she was like 4. It is so much more tense now, Utah scored in the first few minutes and that was it for the remainder of the game. So stressful, but Utah won 1 to 0. That was some great defense Lu!!

He's home
When we moved in June, we couldn't bring Joey with us. We had to pay a deposit, and get the apartment ready for a dog, and we had to decide if we could handle the shedding in a small apartment. Joey went to a couple different homes for the last 5 months, and the kids have been missing him like crazy. Gator would cry and Davis texted me every night saying he missed his dog in bed with him and he needed his dog back. Monday, Joey came home. He's been very loved and spoiled since he got home, and today we even had a little welcome home party for him at the park.
