High School Graduate

 Today was the big day and now I have 3 children who are high school graduates and doing big adult things in their lives.  I went to Zoie's graduation this morning while Gator went to the elementary and junior high then we went to lunch, a doctors appointment, and then graduation.  Gator is amazing just like her brothers, and I couldn't be more proud.  A little sad, but even more proud and happy for all of them.

Senior Week

 This week Gator just played with her friends.  They didn't have much of any school, and they probably wouldn't have gone anyway.  There were chalk fights, lake days, sunsets, bingo, movies, Senior Cotillion, and just a whole lot of end of Senior Year Fun!

Fun pictures

 We went to the 2 elementaries, the junior high, and the 2 high schools that Gator and Averee attended.  Gator wanted pictures and to do a video.  I just snapped the photos and wiped the tears.  

They have waited for this day all year when they both had their caps and gowns and could take pictures together.  A longhorn and a silverwolf best friends forever! 

Grandbaby

 Owen & Kylee had an appointment today.  This is just from a little wand and iPad, but look at my cute grandbaby.  The doctor said everything looks great!  Owen said the baby was his kid because it was not sitting still, it was all over the place.  It is so amazing.  

For Mother's Day

 We always hang out the Saturday before Mother's Day.  Davis, Gator, and I drove up to Idaho this year.  I didn't care what we did, I just wanted to hang out and the boys wanted to fish, so we went fishing and had a fire for tin foil dinners and smores.  We started at a spot on the river, but then we went down to American Falls Reservoir and had a fire on the beach.  Gator said Kylee's homemade marshmallows and graham crackers made the best smore's she has ever had.   Kylee is definitely the cook in the family.  We had such a good time just hanging out by the fire, that we didn't leave until after 11:00 last night.  We would've stayed longer, but the drive was rough as it was, Davis & Gator both fell asleep and that left me driving and munching on Starburst to stay awake.  

Build-a-Bear

 We took Brady and Zoie to Farmington Station to make a stuffed animal.  Gator wanted to make a longhorn graduate, Zoie made a Stitch graduate.  We went to lunch and ice cream.  It was a full day, but we love hanging out with Brady & Zoie.  

College Before High School

 Gator graduated with her associates degree today.  She is so amazing.  Yes, I cried.  I just couldn't believe I was there with my 26 year old and 23 year old, watching my baby receive a college degree.  My kids are amazing, and I love watching them grow up.  Gator made this goal all on her own, and I can honestly say I haven't done anything to help her.  I've supported her, and talked to her when she was crying and overwhelmed, but she did all the work.  And next month when she graduates high school, that will all be her as well.  I love that Owen and Davis made it happen to be able to be there supporting Gator.  They each showed up with smiles and flowers.  Dang, my kids are the absolute best people.  

Senior Prom

 Gator went to prom last night with a group of friends.  She said this is probably the most fun she has had at a school dance.  Her senior year is coming to an end awfully quick, but she is  having tons of fun making tons of memories.  She has been house/pet sitting at her friends house all weekend, so I went over there while she got ready, and then to stay with the dogs for a little bit.  She is so beautiful.
