And this little girl is beyond excited!! Lagoon opened up for a new season today, and Ally waited so patiently through the football games, but when the games were over she was ready to go. And she did...without any of us though. We all were running around crazy trying to find her. Finally after about 5 minutes she and another little girl were found outside going to the car. Ally said she was going to Lagoon. So we figured we better pack up our stuff and head out to get her to Lagoon. We were only there for about an hour tonight, but we had a great time!

Blaze Game
Owens team was invited to play a scrimmage at the Blaze game during halftime. Oh my gosh, he was SO excited!! It was short, but he had a blast. He was also asked to come back out on the field later for one of the little time filler games. They did a tug of war. He was on on cloud 9 the whole night. This was definitely one of those things he will remember for his whole life. Davis was a bit jealous, but he was a great cheerleader. For both Owen and the Blaze, he screamed so much he had a sore throat. Ally had me climbing the steps most of the evening for trips to the bathroom, or just to get out of there. Oh well, I got to see what I came for, Owens time to shine!

Space Derby
This year our scouts decided to do the Space Derby instead of the Pinwood Derby. I wasn't so impressed. It was a lot of work with the rubberbands and getting everything set to go. Our boys all got bored very quick. It wasn't fast and energetic like the cars. But lesson learned. Once we got things going finally it was a fun few minutes of racing. Although I am not sure what we all did wrong. These rockets would not go for anything. We got a few inches of speed though. All the boys had more fun with these launchers we made out of PVC pipe. Now that was fun! At least they looked cool. Thanks Krissy for you help and talent.

Going to church
I was just about late for chruch, but I just had to take a second (that turned into 10 minutes) to snap a picture of how cute my kids looked. Good thing I did it before church and not after, because throughout the day Davis's tie came off, the shirt got untucked, and Ally's shoes came off too. Owen is the only one that came home completely dressed, well of my kids:)

Ally's Turn
After chasing around after her boys and all their activities and games and practices, Ally is now having her turn. And as I said last week, in my attempt to keep her off the football field I called a tumbling gym, but I also found a cute dance class for 3 year olds. So yesterday she started dance, and today she started tumbling. She is so excited and seems to have grown up in just the last couple of days. Today we also had an open house for her preschool. Whew!! I used to have mornings to get my chores done, so I could run around after the boys in the afternoon, but now I have to plan my time a little different with all Ally's activities. That is ok, cause I love to watch my kids playing and working hard and having a great time!

St. Patricks
I know I have very guilable children. At least I thought I did. I think they are smarter than I give them credit for. They just "pretend" for my sake. On St. Patricks I always tape up clovers and tell them it was a leprachaun. They found this to be great fun, and always enjoyed the green treat left behind. Although this year, Davis asked me, "so mom when did you get to the store to get these yummy brownies". Ah busted! I know they have to grow up, but they can always believe in magic can't they?!?

Look Familiar?
We spent the day today in Salt Lake. The boys had their first indoor football games. It is played on a smaller field, and it is way faster paced, usually with higher scores cause the clock never stops so they can get a lot of playing in. The game is only an hour. Their teams won their games today. And they were both very excited, and they did great. Even though Owen was in the ER at 3:00 this morning. He has been having massive headaches, and he was just up and crying. I didn't know what to do, so we went to the ER and he has a massive sinus infection. I will take the sinus infection, over all the other horrible things that were going through my mind as he was having a CT scan. So we gave him some advil and his antibiotic and off the boys were to play football.
Owen is in black #46
Even though this picture is blurry, I like it. The other team had 3 to 4 guys blocking Owen. This is right before all 3 of these boys went flying.

Davis is the cute little guy, down waiting for the play to start
Blue #62 is Davis

If my boys have their way, Ally will be out on the field in a few years. I am calling a gymnastics place next week. Maybe if I get her involved in something else, they won't have a say!

I HAD a rake
This weather has had me and the kids outside a lot. Which led me to see how horrible my yard looks after the long winter. So today Ally and I went to the store to buy a rake and gloves and we came home and got to work. After 3 1/2 hours of raking leaves and sticks we were sunburned and exhausted. I had one more load of leaves to dump so I set my brand new rake up against the fence. Ally started screaming, I looked around to see what was wrong and she was crying about my new red rake. The neighbors dog had got a hold of it and pulled it over the fence and took my brand new red rake far away. Ally has told everyone about the dog taking her moms new red rake. She knows red if my favorite color and was so excited to see a red rake at the store. Now she is traumatized. If only this had happend 3 hours earlier I wouldn't be so sore right now.

Sweet Dreams
I was cleaning up dinner tonight, and trying to get lunches packed for tomorrow so I sent Ally up to her room to get her pajamas on. She was so tired and needed to get to bed. I went up to check on her, and she was all ready for bed. And minus the necklace (I fear choking) this is how she fell asleep tonight. She calls me princess and insists I call her princess as well. And she acts the part of a princess very well!

aLlY's BiRtHdAy!!
Ally had a great 3rd birthday today (I guess last night...I need to go to bed huh). After it was all said and done, she told me "thanks mom". I still can't believe she is 3, but we had a fun day to celebrate anyway even though I am in denial.

Clark and I took her to lunch at Texas Roadhouse. She loves that place. All she eats is rolls and peanuts though. She eats so many of those, that when her food gets done she just asks for a box. After lunch we came home to make cupcakes for her party.

One of Ally's favorite things to do is swim. So for her party we had a swim party. We all drove to surf n swim, to find it closed for a swim meet. This created a very sad 3 year old. We called around and found the Bountiful pool was open till 9 on Friday nights, so we quickly moved her party to Bountiful. It was crazy and unorganized but she had a great time! I did my best to get pictures, but once we opend the door to the pool, the kids all scattered. I didn't even see some of them until we were done and going home. I think that means they all had a fun time, and the birthday party was a success!!

A little early
Ally got her gift early. It was too nice outside today to not go out and enjoy it. She has been wanting a big bike. Everytime we go to the store she HAS to go see and try the bikes. But this is the one that she has wanted all along because it has a horse, a girl, and a rainbow. It has it all! Pinkalicious enjoyed the ride as well. All the horses in the neighborhood love Ally. She has to stop by each one and say hi and pet them. Oh my gosh, I can't believe this cute girl is going to be 3!

And...look what came in the mail. I feel like it is my birthday also. I have wanted to print my blog forever. I even tried it once by myself and it took forever and over $100 in ink cartridges. This time I clicked once I clicked twice and ta da, it was so easy. I LOVE how they turned out. Thankyou Blog2print, and Lacey for posting this info. in your blog (it's all her fault)!!
