We just got home from our third time at Lagoon this week. I didn't plan it this way, but the opportunities were there Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so why not go and play?!? Monday evening we had Frank. He is a lot of fun to take to Lagoon, he's excited about everything. Dave and Sheila got season passes this year as well, so they went with us. They don't even know what they got themselves into with season passes.
Wednesday, Josh and Rachelle were going, so we bummed along with them. These kids are so funny together at Lagoon. We've had passes since the summer Owen and Collin were turning 2, so they know their way around Lagoon, and they definitely have a good time together.
After Lagoon, we rummaged through the car and found enough cash to get 2 of our favorite snowcones. These things are huge, but so hard to share, because you just want the whole thing for yourself. There was a cloud burst when we first sat down, so we just got the umbrellas out and enjoyed our snowcones.
Then tonight, we went with Dave and Sheila again (see I knew we would keep those passes in use) and Krissy & PJ. We thought there was a cloud burst last night, but that was nothing compared to the storm Lagoon got tonight. It was awesome! And Lagoon is the place to go for puddle jumping. The down pour lasted about 10 minutes, and then the rain left and took most of the crowd with it. We had a great time walking on the rides and jumping in the puddles!
Those pics were obviously pre storm, because they weren't dry the rest of the evening after this....
