With parent teacher conferences always comes the book fair. Gator is doing good in her classes and at her new school, so she got to pick out a book. Another dog book, I think she seriously has every dog book ever written.
With his hair, Owen wouldn't fit in the parking garage, good thing he was sitting down in a car and not just walking in. Gator had a couple movie passes and she invited me to go see Despicable Me 3 with her today. The movie was so so, but I loved the company. She liked the movie and hearing her laugh was enough for me.
Davis has been nursing a big headache since his game. He drugged up and went out all day with us yesterday, but today he needed to lay low and rest. While Owen was out and Gator had her soccer party, Davis and I wanted to watch a scary movie. Our idea of scary is different though. I was thinking a Halloween movie like Monster House or Charlie Brown. He wanted blood and gore and screaming. We agreed on an old black and white movie called House on Haunted Hill. It was dumb, but a good dumb and we both liked it.
Gator's soccer team went to The Pie and then to watch the Weber State womens soccer team play. Two college soccer games in two days, she was pretty happy about that.
Owen and some friends went to Tooele for a Haunted House. They said it was awesome, it was a full contact one and Owen had some stories he told me that would have made me pee my pants and roll up in a ball on the ground.
